From day one, trainees gain experience working on existing projects and projects under development. We favor autonomy. We are not an educational institution or a retraining course, so you should not expect the classic format of training with teacher, student, lectures, credits and so on. Trainees work in a team with top-notch specialists - the best of the best - and, accordingly, get an excellent opportunity to learn from their experience, knowledge, approaches, vision, best practices and secret techniques on real tasks.
